This is a great product for the price. We were very impressed with this night vision monocular. It was very clear at night. It was a Christmas present for my 25 year old son and everyone tried it out. We were all like little kids playing with a great toy.

Well when I first recevied this night vision and tried it out it kept powering off. I sent it back to Night Owl Optics and they replaced it with another new one and it works fine. These are light weight and not too big. I have a higher priced nv scope also and it's nice to be able to us this one until I'm ready to shoot.

This is my first personal night vision scope. I spent time checking all my options and looking at friends night visions and glad that I choose this one. For the price it is hard to beat. I use it when boating of a night to spot channel markers, bouys and obticles its amazing how I ever did without it! It also works well for Deer, Racoon and critter spotting, once you get familiar with how to focus properly that is, I dont know what is normal but it does have what I think is an unusual two part way of focusing, took me 15mins to figure it out! You need to focus the eye piece first and then the lens at front once you get the hang its very clear and sharp even in forest cover with no real light. It has two buttons one is the on off switch which lets me focus and see most things without heavy battery use and other is the IR switch, it is well placed. I only hit the IR when needed for extra clarity, a nice feature I think. There are obviously alot of other nightvision choices available but for ...
