User friendly

by wess, from United States, TN Written on April 9, 2015
Very pleased with this scope great eye relief quick focus and the turret system is very user friendly with no tools needed to make adjustments. Once you zero you can lift up on the turret and return it to the zero mark no tools needed. The glass is super clear and the BDC makes for no guessing were you need to aim at what distance. Been to the range twice and it held its zero within an inch from one day to the next....

Received product quickly. Mounted to existing rings and bore sighted. 3 shots had it zeroed. Checked again following weekend still zero and clear aa much more expensive scopes. Good field of view and eye relief. Adjusts easily....

Another Quality Nikon Scope w/BDC reticle

by Goose, from United States, AR Written on January 22, 2015
These scopes sure are clear for the money. Using the BDC reticle is easy especially if you download Nikon's Spot On app on your phone. Select scope, ammo, range and go to the range and enjoy! I have bought several of this model. This last one was in Realtree APG so it really matches my rifle. Match with some DNZ rings from Optics Planet and you have a solid rifle for anything!...

Great Scope for the money

by RAM, from United States, AR Written on December 15, 2014
This is a great scope for todays Magnum muzzle loaders. It very clear, has a full 5 inches of eye relief on 3 power & almost 4 inches on 9 power. That is important when shooting the magnums with heavy powder charges. I mounted mine on my TC Encore 209x50 muzzle loader. I zeroed it at 100 yards using 150 grains of tripple seven & a 250 grain bullet just like it said & sure enough, the circle just below the cross hair was dead on at 150 yards & the 2nd circle was dead on at 200 yards. I have not had a chance to check it at 250& 300 yards yet but am looking forward to it. I would 100% racommend this scope to anyone....

Nikon 3x9x40 bdc reticle

by Rodney Sayre, from United States, FL Written on December 5, 2014
For the price you can not beat this scope. I used it on a Thompson Center Encore with a 16 inch barrel in 300 Blackout and it came together nice. You can spend more money and if you got it go for it but typically most deer in the East are taken under 150 yards and this scope is fine out to 200 plus....
