Good Quality/ Good Price

With larger binocs (I have a pair of 12X56 Nikon Monarch roof prisms) you may have to use the supplied hex head screw rather than the standard knurled screw because of barrel interference . I had difficulty getting the knurled screw tight enough and need to carry a hex wrench in my binoc pack.
Pros: strong, well made, includes extra hexhead screw for large binocs
Cons: some what difficult to get binoc/screw sufficently tight w/knurled screw...

Handy Accy for high-magnification binoculars

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, NY Written on July 24, 2007
Overall, I'm very pleased with this tripod mount. I'm very happy with the price, the quality of construction, and how easy it is to use. My only gripe would be that it can be rather cumbersome, at first, to get everything adjusted. But I'm not sure how they would make it any easier, either. Adjusting the binoculars alignment can be a little annoying, and can tend to loosen a little to easily during use. But the annoyance is minor, and the benefit of using these with anything 7x or higher (I'm using them with a 10x pair of Nikons) greatly, greatly outweighs any small problems with getting the binoculars adjusted.
Pros: Sturdy, easy to use, well-designed, well-constructed, good price
Cons: A little cumbersome to adjust...
