I wanted a silver scope to match my 10-22. This scope is close, and a 4x is all I need. I'm very happy with Nikon scopes on other guns so I bought another one.

The price was less expensive than other places I shopped. After ordering it, it came quicker than expected. It was easy to install. Once I adjusted it to my rifle I could hit the bullseye every time I shot. Clarity of the optics where awesome.

This scope is -exactly- right for typical plinking/very light varminting setups (think 10/22 and Talon SS). Reticle's simple and clear, and the 4x magnification it about perfect for the typical distances involved with .17s and .22s.

Another true Nikon! This is not the average, cheap rimfire scope like so many others that have flooded the market. It's heavier, tougher and definitely better constructed. It's brightness and clarity are identical to that of my Nikon 3-9X40 and 2-7X32 ProStaff scopes. Due to it's compact size I have it mounted on a Model 94 Trapper in 44 Magnum, where it has easily weathered the shock of several hundred rounds, without any zero or durability issues. I love it!
