If you have long arms, like I do, this is by far the most comfortable and natural spot to draw from. Sure, anything's easy with practice, but this one starts out pretty easy.
I said in the pros there were three levels of security (thumb break, safety strap over that if you want, and retention strap), that you don't need to use all the time if you don't want to (usually just the thumb break is sufficient).
The quick detach belt loop for your holster is pretty nice, but when I go to the range I'll flip it around to make it come off my belt easier when I'm done.
I haven't needed to jump out of any planes into water, but if I did, I'd have this on.
I'm pretty happy with it.
Pros: Stays right where you want it, three levels of security (thumb break, safety strap over that if you want, and retention strap), appears to be built to last, pretty comfortable
Cons: Bit of a pain to set up (if you need to adjust main part w/ velcro), snap on thumb break can scratch the black on your pistol (not that I really care much, it's just an observation- easily remedied with tape), and it can cover up your thigh pocket if you have one (can't have everything, man)....
