An almost perfect bag

by coolbreezedave, from United States, FL Written on January 17, 2015
This bag is almost perfect. It has a great number and arrangement of pockets plus it is set up to use molle attachments if you want to add more storage or versatility. I would have given this bag 5 stars if they hadn't gone cheap on the shoulder strap and put a vinyl pad on it. Why anyone would make such a great bag and put such a crappy shoulder pad is beyond understanding but don't let that stop you, get this bag. You will be glad you did. I am....
Pros:
  • Well-Made
  • Well-Organized
  • Well priced for what you get
Cons:
  • crappy shoulder pad
Best Used for:
  • everyday use
  • everything

OPMOD P.A.C. 3.0 Personal Articles Carrier Bag w/ MOLLE Webbing. comments/review.

*disclaimer*-I got this for longer solo fishing trips, not shooting or a "bug out bag" of sorts. Seems well built so far......... All the seems look ok, the zippers all work fine, the pack sits well on my side(6'3")leaving elbow room and free movement of arms. the center part is quite large and a few ways for you to organize stuff, the outer pockets all seem well sized, the other small 'magazine' pouches that come with this seem very heavily built and would serve that purpose well, they are the right sized to fit most "AA" sized flashlights(I use a AA MAGLITE), the larger one,,I don't know what to do with it yet. over all this seems strong and clearly larger than other bags on the market, not to mention 1/5 the cost of some....
Pros:
  • well built
  • Priced well.
Cons:
  • needs more colors

Don't Be Steered Wrong By Negative Reviews

by fishtrembleatmyname, from United States, TN Written on January 9, 2015
This product is everything you would hope it to be, whether you're headed for the range or out "home on the range." It has a multitude of pockets, compartments, nooks & crannies to put everything. If you'll take a look at the online picture, the outer pockets (flapped with velcro closures) on either side are actually removable, for configuring however you want, or for use elsewhere. Out of the box, it was a bit bigger & roomier than I'd imagined. I love this thing. Not to disrespect other individuals, but the negative reviews about 'not well thought-out design' and 'avoid product due to plastic zippers' are, in my opinion, all wrong. One reviewer said the zippers broke immediately. Well, yes, I suppose the zippers would tend to give way if you intend to do pull-ups on them; and yes, the product would be improved to a rating of absolutely outstanding with metal zippers. But take it from me: overall, the design is excellent and the product will last with normal, sensible care. Highly recommended....

Best Kit Bag

by Bill, from United States, VA Written on January 9, 2015
What a great bag!!! Rugged and well made. It is the right size to keep a lot of gear at finger touch. I use it for hunting carrying binoculars, multi-tool, ammo, food, water, spare hunting knife, first aid supplies, flashlight & handheld radio. I didn't add any molle accessories yet. Allows a lot of personal gear to be carried hands free in comfort....
Pros:
  • Right sized & well made, Good capacity
Cons:
  • none... yet
Best Used for:
  • Hiking,hunting,fishing,bird watching, bug out

OPMOD P.A.C. 3.0 Personal Articles Carrier Bag

by Charlie, from United States, PA Written on December 23, 2014
Rugged, lightweight and has plenty of room. I bought this as a mini bug out bad that I will keep in my truck. It holds my medical kit, emergency equipment for vehicle breakdown, clothing, flashlight, power bars and small hand cranked radio for weather and emergency stations.
The bag also does not take up a lot of space....

Needed a small range bag

by Sal, from United States, LA Written on December 18, 2014
Every now and then I only go to the range with one or two pistols and my large bag is a little over kill so I found this on OP, read the reviews and ordered it. The bag does not disappoint with all the pockets and the easy to carry shoulder strap. Price is right and even better when they put it on sale....

Bad design, no R&D went into designing this bag

by SN2, from United States, VA Written on October 8, 2014
Eight zipper pulls have broken in the first two days. Unable to use without zipper pulls. The main compartment flap opens towards the inside, very inconvenient. A good looking bag, with lots of room for all of your guy toys but badly design with no R&D. Its been two weeks and still waiting for the eight zipper pulls....

OPMOD P.A.C.3.0 Personal Articles

by Peanut, from United States, AL Written on September 4, 2014
I needed another bag of some sort instead of having loose articles rolling around inside my truck 2 days after leaving the range. When I saw this bag on sale and studied it, I thought no way, too good to be true. but I went ahead and ordered it.
When it came in, I wished I had ordered half a dozen half at the sale price. I was amazed at the quality construction of the entire bag. It was like a shoulder pack on steroids. I mean super quality and loads of storage compartments , even with a comfortable shoulder strap. If any one out there wants a super bag, order this one and be knocked back in your chair. My son was here when it came in and even he was amazed. He even tried and tried to let him have it Even he couldn't get over the bag. This is absolutely the best shoulder bag I have ever seen!...
