Pros:  lightweight, green/red dot option, inexpensive
Cons:  battery dependent

this model uses only two screws and assembles/disassembles very easily. You can switch to red or green colors and different patterns of reticle (i.e. dot, crosshairs, circle with dot, etc.). Very lightweight and I only paid about $60 with a lifetime warranty.
