Cons:  Doesn't reduce recoil as much as I expected

Cons:  hard to get in a good comfortable position

I have only used this once shooting a 30-06 at the range. It was not easy to get this into a comfortable and effective position, therefore I still got bruised. I will try it again in the future and be more mindful of positioning and will hopefully get better results from this product.
