I have a 1550 and a 1560 Pelican Case, I use the 1550 as a safe and the 1560 for traveling. Ask yourself what would you put in these pockets on the Lid Organizer? Toiletries, magazines, pens, pencils, dirty clothes, ect. Keep in mind the more you put into the case the heaver it gets. And also the higher you pack you 1560 the higher the risk of of damaging the items on top and the item inside the pockets. The Lid Organizer has a hard plastic back. Whatever is in the Lid Organizer’s pockets could also be damaged due to over packing.
