Excellent equipment to move firearma

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, OR Written on June 13, 2013
Excellent piece of gear. Holds lots of stuff and keeps it dry. Should have gotten three of them!
Pros: Waterproof, large volume, fat wheels, handles at both ends, sturdy, stands vertically, held 6 medium-sized firearms
Cons: Longer would have been nicer, but not surprised at length. No other cons. ...

BEST TWO GUN TRAVEL CASE

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, NH Written on March 10, 2013
This is the best travel case I have found to transport two scoped carbines and two pistols. Overall dimensions (L+W+H)results in most airlines charging an oversize fee. Will fit side to side in most full size rental car trunks. Pluckable foam is fast and easy but cut solid foam results in a better final product.
Pros: Holds two scoped carbines and two pistols in each level,
Cons: Clamps can be difficult to close....

The battle case

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, AK Written on November 16, 2012
Case is great, bought 2 and am using them to move with my firearms. Foam leaves a lot to be desired but I will fix that with custom foam sets later.

Would have preffered to be able to put 3 padlocks on it, but oh well.
Pros: Great case, sturdy, can fit 4 rifles, a shotgun and 8 pistols
Cons: Pick-n-pluck foam squares are huge and make outlines rough. Only 2 lock placements, would like at least 3. Had to buy something to seperate the foam layers from each other to allow multiple firearms....

Definitely won't be my last pelican case or order with opticsplanet!

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, WA Written on November 17, 2010
Originally I ordered the OD green w/foam but later that day I received a call from opticsplanet telling me that it was out of stock; they have excellent customer service and since I was "inconvenienced" they made it up to me and my black case was shipped the next day! As far as the product goes, it is a pelican case so this thing can take anything you can throw at it and not show a scratch! The roller wheels on this particular model are huge (in a good way) so there is no way you wil get any side-to-side wobble while rolling it and the folding handles on either side are hefty enough to lift anything you can fit in this case. I purchased this for use a a weapons case and I can fit at least 3 weapons depending on their set up.
Pros: Durable, compact yet spacious, robust roller wheels/handles/latches...

Long case

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, RI Written on May 23, 2010
Held up very well on cross country flight, manageable in car and whelling thru offices.

Held tripod and 4 light stands with room left over and was still under 70 lbs....
