Pros:  Nice battery life, very bright!, good beam and throw, nice feel
Cons:  Sensitive tail cap switch

The only bad thing is the tailcap switch is pretty sensitive and when sitting at your desk or squad it can press the tailcap and turn on. a little annoyance but overall it is great!
