Pros:  Very easy to insert behind the normal lenses - or to remove. If you mess up the frame, you don't need new lenses - if your RX changes, you don't need a new frame
Cons:  Haven't really found a con - 3rd set

These are the perfect glasses if you want to block the sun out of your face. You can make them prescription, so you don't have to use your eyeglasses while you are biking or something. Very good glasses because they also block out the wind. I haven't had any major problems with these. Just a couple scratches, but thats because I messed them up. So, great glasses, but can still be scratched. Get'em, I reccomend it!
