Pros:  comfortable, fits in pocket, blocks out plenty of sound, doesn't get in the way of firing
Cons:  easy to lose, not super durable, takes a little time to get them in right
Would recommend:  yes

They're not quite as nice as a tight-fitting pair of headphones, but if you get them tight in your ear canal you shouldn't have any problems. My only gripe with these (ultimately what lead me to try the howard leights)is that they're not super easy to get into your ear all the way.
