Pros:Extremely well made, rock-solid, easy to learn, & easy to operate Cons: Needs better set-up instructions; a set-up video would be outstanding Would recommend: yes
I was skeptical of this product but, I was a log-time (since 1973) very satisified owner/user of the RCBS Rock Chucker press, Uniflow Powder Measure, assorted dies, and other RCBS equipment. I figured that RCBS would still make super equipment and the idea of being able to incorporate my Rock Chucker press and Uniflow Powder Measure into a progressive press set-up would be highly desirable. This add-on conversion kit (once assembled and calibrated) has greatly exceeded my greatest expectations. It has less actual steps (hand movement)for cartridge production that a Dillon 550 and Dillon users have commented on its rock-solid construction and close tolerances. The only down-side is having no parts list and the rudimentary set-up instructions. On a scale of 1 - 10, this is a 9.99. If I had it to do over again (knowing what I know now, I would have done it sooner.
