Recieved my scope in perfect condition. Installed and percedded to zero it in. It took no time at all and I was punching itty bitty groups at 100yrds. It's lite weight and has more than enough eye relief fo easy fast follow up shots. I'm looking forward to The little redfield revolution lasting me life time of top performace. 100% recmmend sobuy your's today and go shoot!

Great scope at great price. Heavy matte finish works great for hunting. Great eye relief. Clear optics. Articles imply same glass and tube are Leupold Var XII at about $100 less.

Nice American made scope. Very clear, holds zero, plenty of adjustment range, short and light body. What's not to like? The worst con is that the real zoom range isn't great (2.5x-6.5x). The best pro is that you almost never have to adjust the focus, which makes this a fast scope. I'm not sure why that is. My high powered 14x scopes require much more attention to get usable clarity at various distances.
Great scope.

I chose the 4-plex. I felt the Accu-Range reticle was too "busy".

I own an older Redfield (early 70's) and it's still a great scope. When I saw that leupold purchased Redfield and reintroduced the name I thought I'd try one. I'm glad I did. I put this scope on my Ruger M77 Compact .260 and I love it. The glass is very clear with good eye relief and I don't find myself searching for a good sight picture. I like the low profile turrets and the large adjustment knobs. The power adjustment ring is knurled and well marked. The accu-range reticle is nice and fine for long shots but the center circle still provides good fast shooting if need be. Overall I'm extremely happy with this scope and plan to buy more.
Very pleased with the new Redfield

This far surpasses my expectations for a scope in this price range. When mounted with Leupold QD rings it makes for a good optic that can be quickly mounted and removed to allow the red dot to be mounted for 50 yard or less quick shots...and then when needing the scope to be reapplied without loosing zero on my SIG 522. The 2x7x33 is perfect for this type of rifle.
