Great upgrade

by okey0, from United States, KS Written on March 30, 2015
Mounted on a Savage 110 that originally came with a $20 "other manufacturer's" scope mounted on it. This was a great improvement. Much more clarity, better controls, and love the accu-range feature. My only issue is that the Redfield scope has about 1/2" shorter mounting length area, so I had to purchase new, extended mounts, which moved the front mount weaver slot about 3/4" further back. That was the only bummer I had. Just keep that in mind if you have a long action like 30/06 as mine is. I gave it 5 stars as it is the best scope I have ever had. I'm sure I could spend more and get a better scope, but weighing 1)price, 2)quality, and 3)USA made, I couldn't be happier....

redfield 3x9 revolution

by b30harn, from United States, KY Written on March 16, 2015
I feel this is one of the best scopes in its class for under 200 bucks you can't beat it. Mounted on my ar15 with utg high mounts it is simply awesome. Clear glass and sturdy. The bdc reticle works great for 55 grain federal and wolf ammo. Pair butler creek caps andi am very happy with my purchasei would buy redfield again....

Exactly what I was looking for

by Brian, from United States, GA Written on February 7, 2015
I specifically purchased this product for several reasons and gave it 5 stars for the same reasons. I have been shooting, hunting, etc for many years and I recently purchased a new rifle and was looking for a scope for it. I have been like many others and have bought lots of cool stuff. Tactical, lots of goodies and features, expensive, well advertised, etc. After trying it all I wanted a hunting rifle like I had when I was younger. The truth is I am not trying to shoot game at 500+ yds, I am not target shooting to 1000 yds, I am hunting and looking to put a well placed accurate shot on a nice animal between 100-300 yds. I wanted a well built, American made, rugged, low frills, reliable scope. I have mounted this scope on a very high quality rifle chambered in .308 and could not be happier as it is exactly what I wanted. I believe I will be carrying this to the field for many, many seasons and will pass it to my son in 10 years when he is ready. I applaud Redfield/Leupold for bringing back this classic American Brand and offering a superior quality product, made in the U.S, and one that I am proud to have on my rifle....

Great Scope for the Money

I was very impressed with the clarity and how bright this scope is. Comparing to $600 + Burris and Nikon scopes the Redfield Revolution is hard to differentiate. Perfect size and looks right at home atop my 450bm AR15....

Redfield 3-9x40 Revolution Rifle Scope

by Keith, from United States, TN Written on January 16, 2015
I would recommend this scope to anyone. I have many scopes (Nikon, Bushnell, Burris, Vortex, etc) and this scope is excellent. My Redfield is on a Remington 7600, 30-06. Obviously I'm careful with my guns but it has maintained its accuracy hunt after hunt....

Best scope in class

by Eric, from United States, MI Written on January 13, 2015
This is the best scope in its class and price point. Seems to be a rebranded leupold. I really like it. It is simple with minimal features yet has the important traits that one should look for in a good scope. Reccomend for a no nonsense hunting gun but probably not for those high end stuff. So far its had the best warranty I can ask for.... not having to use the warranty. I have fired about 500 30.06 rounds per year for two years now since its introdcution and it still holds zero. I can see just fine through this scope for Michigans legal hunting hours. I do not need any more "low light gather ability" conditions than that. Glass clarity is pretty good.Just dont look through a highend scope first....

Solid scope, nice finish, clear glass. Really like the Accu-Range Reticle. Should help to get on target fast. Interested in seeing how it holds up to use in the field. I've seen less clarity in a higher priced scope....

Redfield Revolution Rifle Scope

by A Country Boy Can Survive, from United States, OK Written on December 10, 2014
This is an awesome scope and has become one of my favorite scopes out of all the ones on the market today. I really like the fact that the scope is made in the USA with quality in mind. The glass is always clear and stays clear. I have ordered several of these Revolutions scopes in the last couple of years. I've had my share of cheap scopes, believe me. My hunting buddy recently came over to sight in his deer rifle which has a cheaper scope and when he looked through my scope, he could not believe the difference and clarity of the Redfield Revolution scope compared to the scope on his rifle. He even said the he wished that he had a scope like that. I told him to keep wishing and Santa just might bring him one. He said, "Yeah right". Well, I told his wife what he had said and that there was a $30.00 mail-in rebate going on with the Redfield Revolution. So to make a long story short, I ordered him a Redfield Revolution 3x9x40 and he will sure be surprised when finds that present that Santa brought this year. Redfield is my first choice in rifle scopes....
