Bought first pair & the plastic piece which connects the earpiece & the part that wraps over your head was broken already, just after removing it from the packaging. I promptly exchanged the product. Then, after roughly 8-10 uses, the replacement also broke, the same exact spot. The metal pieces that make up the overhead framing, and which the plastic that breaks is attached to, are designed with a lot of pressure that pushes inwards. There are two problems with this - the first I already mentioned, the plastic breaks after a short period of time; the second is that the headset is rather uncomfortable to wear, due to the pressure forcing inwards on your head. This is even worse while wearing glasses, as I do, as it puts a lot of pressure on the frames of the glasses. Extremely poor design and construction on this product, a true dud. At roughly 10 uses before breaking, it costs $4 per use. You can spend $4 to buy a value package of 30 pairs of 32 db rated (1 db better than these) disposable foam earplugs, which will also be a lot more comfortable. (And will cost 13 cents per use, rather than $4 per use). DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!
