Pros:  installs without drilling or removing sight
Cons:  mount is hard to center on gun

scope mount was a little difficult to center on gun and keep flats of washers up and screws tight but once installed seems very solid and tight to gun, mount uses existing notches in top of gun no drilling or removing sights required great idea
