Pros:  Great retention, adjustability, smooth draw
Cons:  Uses velcro to adjust where the holster sits on your leg

My only complain is that the height adjustment (on your thigh) uses Velcro to stay in place. It doesn't slip, but I just don't see it lasting for years on end. Either way, I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a low-hip/high-thigh "tactical" holster. I will buy at least one more.
