Pros:  Wonderfull duty holster with extra retention.
Cons:  None on this model, because of the extra retention.

I use this holster on a daily basis on patrol and during SWAT. I can't say anything bad about this holster, I've been using it for about 6 years and have had no problems with it. If you train with your gear and are familiar with its function you will lI've this holster.
