Pros:  active retention is easy to operate
Cons:  No cant adjustment in paddle form
Would recommend:  yes

My index finger doesn't naturally come to rest when drawing form the blackhaw while my thumb can just come down over the top of the safariland holster. I am disappointed that you can't adjust the can't of this safariland while it is in paddle form, though.
