The ALS feature is nice. It works well. The holster seems to be constructed well and good quality. It's nice to finally have a plain clothes or off duty holster that I can use that has both solid retention on the gun and the ability to keep my TLR-1 tac light on it without having to take it off in order to use my other belt, pancake holster. The paddle is comfortable. Can't tell it's there at all. The only con would be that it's a bit bulky to try to conceal under clothes. Just watch what you wear to keep it from imprinting as much as possible. Would definitely recommend it though.
