I bought 2 of these for a J Frame revolver. I use the HKS speedloader for the J Frame and they fit securely in the holder. The metal frame uses tension to hold the speedloader in place. It fits securely on most belts and conceals easily. With 2 of these on your belt you have just as many, if not more than most semi autos.

Cons:  the loaders can get turned sideways
