Couldnt wait to get my Chrony Case!

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on May 28, 2012
Nice little case. Just big enough to pack the unit, poles, and shades. I don't have (and don't plan on buying) the chrony printer, but this bag doesn't have room for it anyways. The product description describes this bag as being some type of faux leather, but it's nothing like any type of leather at all. Its more like a nylon fabric with soft padding in between the inner and outer layer. Almost identical to the shoulder straps on my backpack. Same type of material and same padding density and thickness. And the carry strap is not leather at all. Its just a plain nylon webbing strap. I'm not sure if any part of this case being leather would have been an improvement, but I'm happy with the way it is.

Overall I'm happy with the b...

ChronoCase

Some might just use the box it shipped in but I decided a more permanent case would be a good choice to protect the equipment both while traveling to the range and when in storage at home. I figured, the Chrono will probably outlast some of the rifles when you consider trading or selling etc. but the Chrono will no doubt be around a long time. A nice case is good protection for the investment.
Pros: padded sides and flap, chrono fits perfectly
Cons: costly...
