Pros:  Like the side parallax adjustment, QTA focus, Sunshade, Adjustments track true, Long eye relief
Cons:  Made in China (original 44 Mags made in Phillipines), Mil Dots not anywhere near as good as original 44 Mags

Considering the pros & cons on this scope, it is well worth the price. While not as good as the Original 44 Mag, I recommend it for most shooting apps.
