I already owned a S-P Polecat and have been very pleased. The Chubbs Choice promised to be usable by a 7 footer, and is barely long enough for me, at 5-11. I can telescope my Polecat to its smallest length and it is more convenient than the telescope/breakdown arrangement of Chubbs Choice. Chubbs offers me less than I can do with my Polecat. It's a poor design, and no improvement.
