Pros:  Small size, bright, uses AAA batt
Cons:  slightly more expensive than your average pen light, however this is mot your average pen light

Pros:  Easy to use on-off switch on tail cap & comes with pocket clip and belt holster
Cons:  Prefocused and not adjustable but this does make the diameter smaller than similar lights that do focus
