Adding this battery door made the light too long to attach to the rails of a Sig Sauer P220, .45 Cal, pistol. Had to "jurry rig" the keys to attach light. NOT good for "On Duty" use as the key will fall out unless you glue it in.

The product was easy to connect, and did not take away from the functionality of the light.

The remote switch allows using the TLR-1/2 on a long gun. It's great that you can switch back to the stock switch if need be which makes the system very modular. I did not particularly like the added length but the positives far outweigh this single drawback that I found.
