Excellent product for the money. Same features as some of the more expensive surefire flashlights.

Bright, durable, dependable light. Easy use of activation switch with one hand. Allows defensive option with small light. Expensive flashlight, but worth it for duty use.

FYI: I'm a mobile patrol security officer. For some reason if you plan to use the same size battery of other brand. You will find that it won't last long & 2 batteries cost me $13.00 from my local department store. So I contacted SureFire and they told me it works best with their batteries because it has a longer shelf life and it's specially made for H/O flashlights. I ordered from surefire a box of 12 and when you break down the cost per battery (including s/h cost) it comes out to about $2.00 each and for my short use because I use the end cap button it last many times longer. It's not for continuous use because you'll get about an hour out of it. It be a great defensive item for joggers, because when you run you close your fist so why not carry it when you run. For me I have it in my holster on my duty belt and many times the crack heads and others that I run into tend to think that it's mace or pepper spray of they keep their distance and I avoid confrontation.
