Pros:  perfect fit, nice design, well made, easily adjustable and remove flashlight easy
Cons:  price (this is expected with surefire or quality products though)

Much better then those mount where you use screwdriver or thumbscrew to remove flashlight from mount. this one you pull the tab and it's off, very quick. i did not at first realize it adjust for size i thought it was made just for elite surefire size lights but it is shipped small as it gets and wouldn't work until i realized it had a very easy adjustment for barrel size.
