This scope is SO much nicer than others on the market that cost less! Do not be tempted by low price if there is any way you can afford to get one of these. The payoff comes when ambient light levels are low (e.g. on an overcast day when looking at a bird that is surrounded by a very dark, dense tree): the difference is astounding! The 65mm version of this scope tempted me, but I am very glad that I opted for the larger one because of its greated light capturing ability.
