Pros:  Best balanced, most rugged, one of the lightest
Cons:  few, if any: needs a good, heavy ball quick-break double level head

Highly recommended. It seems expensive (and it is) but you'll likely keep it your entire photographic career or hobby. Light to carry, almost indestructible.
