I also have a Trijicon Accupoint 3-9x40 that was used to compare it against. Although the swaro glass has excellent light gathering capabilities, if you are looking for hunting at night for hogs etc, I would recommend getting the trijicon because of the reticle. For any other hunting application during legal shooting hours, this scope is hard to beat.

That said, it works, even with the broken tab. The eye relief of the scope is fine, but on the X-Bolt .308 the scope cannot be moved backwards any further so it does not match me perfectly. I may go back to my Leupold VX III with the 50mm objective for this rifle.

Pros:  This scope has excellent light gathering abilily and crystal clear glass which allows you to see great detail at long distances
Cons:  During the dusk and dawn low light times, it is difficult to see the crossarrows when focussing on a dark object.

I am able to see crystal clear detail in low light conditions and great distances. I am very please with the scope and would highly recommend this it to hunters that are serious about quality optics. It will take the guess work out of whether you are looking at a shooter or not.
