Tag banshee pc

by Rob, from United States, NC Written on December 5, 2014
Well I'll start by saying this is a budget carrier. It's a lot better quality than condor or voodoo pc. It's a sturdy pc and workmanship is pretty good. I don't like the fact that it doesn't have side pockets on the Cumberbun. I don't like that it doesn't have a velcro adjuster inside the plate compartment. You can find these for around $125 and with the various discounts optics planet runs you could get it close to that price. But I would go for a nicer plate carrier if I was going to be wearing this on a daily basis. But all in all its a good value for your average Joe....
Pros:
  • Price, well made
Cons:
  • lack of adjustments

Excellent Plate Carrier

by Textiles, from United States, SC Written on September 2, 2014
This is the best plate carrier on the market at this price, period. Its made in the USA, which is even better! The quality is superb and the versatility is second to none.

Adjusts easily and allows for a varying degree of girth, depending on the size of the wearer. The cummerbund makes this product 100% stable, no matter the load size....
Pros:
  • Price, rugged design
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Plate Carrier

Great lightweight plate carrier

by Thrain Kross, from United States, OK Written on August 3, 2014
Best carrier I have ever used. I'm 6'3" and a bit on the skinny side and feel this carrier fits my frame perfectly. I do know it looks really small on larger frame guys but have never heard any complaints from them. This carrier works best with a RACK/Rhodesian vest/LBV ect...for extended operations or as an active shooter response with a few mags attached directly to the carrier with a C-A-T tourniquet/med pouch. The only complaint I would say is not having the Banshee Shoulder Pads already standard or at least have the option to bundle with purchase. All in all, you won't regret this one!...
Pros:
  • Lightweight

Good, not great

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on September 29, 2013
It is durable and solid. High quality construction. Downsides are that the webbing isn't camo and the shoulder buckles are hard to get in and out of the sheath around them, and the buckles are bulky and come close to interfering with shouldering a rifle, but don't quite get in the way... still would feel better if they were places elsewhere.
Pros: solid, durable
Cons: shoulder buckle placement, webbing not camo...

The only issue I have is with the flap for the cummerbund- it's a little difficult to fold under the carrier.
Pros: Lightweight, easy set up and adjustment. Lots of molle points

Best plate carrier for it's price range

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, CA Written on June 19, 2013
TAG's Banshee PC is an amazing product hands down. The build quality is top of the line and it's made in the USA! The tough 1000 cordura will withstand any beating you take up to it. The Banshee sits nice and high and give you plenty of room to run a battle belt. There is so much mobility, no obstacle will get in your way. Plenty of molle on the front, back, and sides. Hook and loop on the front and back gives you plenty of space for your patches. The hook and loop kangaroo pouch is a plus to store extra mags, your maps, etc. Overall TAG's Banshee PC is a great product and I highly recommend it!
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing!...
