Good little pouch mounts easy on MOLLE webbing. Doesn't have the usual button snaps but hardened nylon tabs. They work pretty well because the sling of my rifle doesn't make it budge. The flap closure is a piece of cord that slides over another hard nylon tab. Was a little odd at first, since I am use to velcro, but works fine when you get used to it. A buddy also found it makes a good camera pouch for certain cameras.
