" Wont Be Disappointed "

by Asem, from United States, CA Written on January 10, 2015
This optic I purchase is incredible, well crafted clear as you can imagine (Military Grade). like the saying goes " U Get What U Paid For ". I took it out to the desert for the first time mounted it up to my ar-15 rifle. "WOW" once I sighted the acog it was game over. it was hard to miss those steele targets 40-60 yards. great place to buy your optics. Thanks and God Bless....
Pros:
  • Great Optic
Cons:
  • None

The ACOG Model I puurchased has the red chevron. It's crystal clear and the optic has placement bars below the chevron with assists in zeroing the weapon. The sight I ordered came with a flat top mount but, I'm mounting it on a carry hadle. At first the sight was difficult to zero as its not supplied with the special thumb mount. I ordered an upgrade thumb muont once I got the sight pressed into the handle it zeroed right away. The model I bought had the BAC option which allows for tracking a target with both eyes open. I have av EoTech from Brownells that is CQC model and since Brownells has a no question on returns I may return if and trade up to the ACG.

If one can't use a word that describes a mounting device as its described by ACOG then you guys are to PC for me. I'll start using Brownells for my future buys....
Pros:
  • Weight
  • 4x32
  • ease of zero

Trijicon TA31F

Just spent 4 Days rifle training with new Trijicon. Sight is definitely a keeper. Trained at various distances and easy found and hit target at 400 yards. Quick sightacquisitionand relatively light weight when compared to competitive moderns that require magnifiers.

Chevron reticle is bright and easy to put on target and accurate.

The mount works fine, but replaced with LaRue lever mount for easy on/off hold zero.

I am very happy with this Trijicon purchase as it suits my needs perfectly. I am definitely a trijicon fan as i have Trijicon night sights on all my handguns and finally an ACOG on my AR. This is a purchase that will not disappoint.
Pros: Quick Target Aquisition, Durability, Relibilityy, Crystal Lear Glass, No Batteries...
