Easy to install with sight tool. Great in low light conditions, not as easy to see as Glock sight during day light. But you can't see standard sights at night. What you give up is worth it for the improved night targeting.

I work on my own guns, normally, but I wasn't comfortable installing these myself so I had my local gunsmith install them. If you have a handgun, you should have these installed.
