I have had these type of sights on other weapons; so I decided I wanted them on my two new weapons. They are very bright, and they look really nice on both weapons. I would suggest going to a gunsmith to put them on so that no damage will happen to your weapons and that they can professionally be sighted in like it came from the factory. People say they are expensive; but you get what you pay for in a quality product from Trijicon. Optics Planet has the Trijicon sights priced very affordable; shipped in a rapid manner.
