Pros:  Green and Yellow dots are effective in night time, much better than 3 green dots.
Cons:  White circles in less than full daylight are not sufficiently visible
Would recommend:  yes

These are the best...hands down!! I've used Mepro's and Trijicon (those are the top two IMO) and the Trijicon's are a bit brighter (this applies to green only..front and rear). Please have your local gunsmith install these...I've seen a pair in half because someone tried in press them in and slipped.
