Luckily I asked a friend to help install who had the appropriate equipment/drill press. He said the American-standard sight wedge doesn't readily fit into the Israeli-metric groove. Also, the slide is made from some of the hardest, heaviest gun metal so simple filing/grinding would not work. After the cutting they fit and work well. I highly recommend but have a gunsmith ready.

The sights are super bright and glow wicked green. They were easy to install and the white rings even improved day time shooting compared to the old standard iron sights.
