Pros:  Sight quality is good
Cons:  Yellow rear color is terrible!

Pros:  Easy to see and sight in low or no light conditions. Not a "glow in the dark" product that requires a exposure to room lights or sunlight
Cons:  Requires additional expensive tools and close attention to install instructions or paying a professional gunsmith to install
Would recommend:  yes

The Trijicon Novak sights have a great low profile snag free design. Like all Trijicon products they exhibit great quality. The sights glow bright in the dark. A must have for night shoots and home defense use. Otherwise, a must for any possible low light encounters. My only complaint was the sights did not install easily on my S&W M&P 9. I have a sight pusher and this was not something I could do on my own. I had to take it to a gunsmith who had to shape it slightly to get it installed. I have used Truglo and meprolight on several of my other guns and this was a first. I don't know whether it was the gun or the sights. Either way, it's done and I'm happy. I would easily do it again.
