Expected more from a high dollar red dot. Without the ability to manually adjust the brightness, the optic is only useful outside during a sunny day.
Pros: Doesn't take batteries and feels indestructible. I like the 43mm objective.
Cons: The red dot washes out too easily. Mid day in a room with a lot of light coming in through multiple windows, the dot washes out completely when looking outside. This optic needs direct light shined on the fiber optics to be bright enough to see. And the Tritium only works if its pitch black and you're not looking into a lit area. No lense cover to protect it when not in use. Big and bulky.
