Pros:Construction is of good quality Cons: Bore diameter is undersized compared to other 30mm rings Would recommend: no
I will grant that this ring seems to be of good quality manufacture & clamps to a Weaver rail securely, but it was useless for my application. I wanted a simple (and wide) 30mm ring to use on an IOR Valdada QR-TS 3x25mm [Naked model], but this ring won't even wrap around the main tube enough to allow the screws to engage both halves. I had to use a pair of 30mm Warne rings instead. Maybe this ring will work fine with a Trijicon Tripower - I don't have one to try it on - but it is definitely not 30mm spec. I may borrow a ring reamer from a friend and try to open it up to a useable size.
