Base was exactly what I wanted. Ships with a screw that is too long for front hole. Screw passes all the way through the receiver and impacts bolt body. Had to cut the screw off to make it work. The other three screws worked fine, 'as shipped'. Not a big deal, but for the money this base costs, I would expect USO to have the measurements right on the screws.....
