Would recommend: yes

I have 2 of these for my two safe-queen handguns, and will try a 3rd for my AR soon. Awesome powerful laser considering it's being powered by just one CR123 battery. The light is bright enough and I'm sure Viridian will incorporate an even brighter light while maintaining it's compact size in the future.

Pros: Laser strobe saves battery life. Easy to use
Cons: Difficult to zero in with the alan wrench without having a device to hold the gun.

Over all I am extremely satisfied with the X5L and definitely recommend. The green laser is great in the day light and using the strobe option saves batter life. My only issue I have is that it is very difficult to zero in with the tiny alan wrench unless you have a device to hold you gun.

Pros: Easy to install, very bright light and laser - strobe feature is blinding.
Cons: Holster can create wear on laser unit.
Would recommend: yes

What else can you say. If you have a fullsize auto with rails, then the light/laser combo is perfect. The green laser truly penetrates at night and the tac light has a great host of programmable options in a lightweight package. Beware of holster wear on the unit. My Tacloc holster stripped some rubber from the side of the unit. I have yet to see if that will affect overall performance, but it's a concern. Yet the unit is performing flawlessly and battery life is great. I recommend.

I both three for FN 5.7, Springfield XDM 40 and AR-57 Rifle. There was a problem with a fit on the Springfield XDM. Laser is great a night, but does not work in the day time from 20' out. They were hard to sight inand jump around. The TacLoc Holster did not work. Had to add spacers so laser would fit on the Springfield XDM.

Pros: Green Laser, Bright Light, Fit to Glock 22, ECR TacLock System, Extra Hardware & Tools In Box, Viridian Customer Service
Cons: Instructions are lacking, Price
Would recommend: yes

This is one BRIGHT laser and light. I bought this for the combination of a GREEN laser for use in bright daylight and a BRIGHT light. I am not disappointed. My only cons with Viridian are that when I first turned it on the laser was in strobe mode and I could not cycle it through the preset modes. I called Viridian and was talking to a CSR IN LESS THAN A MINUTE and without having to punch a lot of numbers to get to Customer Service. She was familiar with the problem and told me to tighten the cover on the battery compartment which solved the problem.

The Viridian Universal Mount Green Laser with light is a fantastic product. The quality is exceptionally high. Even the package in which it comes is very nice. All small parts are parked in secure locations, but easy to find.
I currently have this mounted on an M&P 9 Pro pistol. It fits perfectly and the finger activated switch is placed properly for my finger. Not too close and not too far. Mounting is quite easy and secure. It will fit any standard Picatinny rail.
My first shooting experience was this weekend at the local indoor range. I was there to get the laser adjusted to the pistol. Adjustment is simple with two small set screws to turn to control the horizontal and vertical (Outer Limits!) An allen wrench is included with a spare. Upon engaging the laser, I discovered just how much c**p was in the air of the range. The beam was completely visible and the spot on the target quite brilliant. Within in a few shots, I had it adjusted to meet my desired point of aim/impact. It ...
