Magnet mounted in holster turns laser and/or light on when drawing from holster.
Can change battery without taking laser off the rail or changing zero.
Other Viridian lasers have a battery monitor that flashes red when battery is low. I would have liked to have that feature on this laser, but I can use a rechargeable CR-123 and rotate batteries.
Instructions call for removing laser when cleaning the pistol, but when I disassemble pistol, laser is away from any solvents I use for cleaning.
Pros: Auto-on when drawing from holster. Easy battery change.
Cons: Other Viridian lasers have a battery monitor. Would have loved to have that on this one.
