These pouches are great entry level options, they're functional, but won't break the bank. They attach by six MOLLE straps on the back, and have PALS webbing across the front to stack multiple pouches or other MOLLE items. Magazine retention is done with shock cord (bungee cord) which is somewhat adjustable (or removable) by undoing the knot on the back.
Pmags fit, on the snug side, but magazines much longer than a normal 30 might not work very well with the shock cord unless you replace it with a longer cord.
Unfortunately, some of the webbing straps are sewn a bit tight, so sometimes it isn't possible to weave the rear straps through all of the horizontal rows, or to correctly weave a second pouch onto the front. Even if this is the case, there are a large enough number of straps that this won't usually matter.
Pros: Inexpensive and functional
Cons: Won't fit 20 round magazines, limited adjustibility of built-in retention cords....
