If you want quality Optics with the most stringent proven submerged water and freeze testing, the Viper line is for you! With a 68MOA, no rear scope shim is ever required. This scope is mounted 1 inch+ high or using Xtra tall rings for my comfort for off hand shooting. This scope is not intended to be used indoors as Parallax is 50yds+. Optics are just fine at 44 yards or 40 meters. I have not had enough usage to determine long term turret repeatability as now winter season and moved indoors with different scope. Again, optics from 44 yds to 109 yds is superb!
