I stopped in unannounced and they took care of me right away. Theyre all very nice people. I left the scope for a service tech to inspect the next day. About mid-morning I received a call telling me that my scope was fine and suffered no damage! When I picked it up they even repackaged it in a brand new box and replaced the torn literature. I really enjoy my Viper and its ease of use. The zero adjustment shims are easy to install and being able to reset your elevation to its original settings is effortless. The lighted reticle is sharp and optics clarity is outstanding. I very much doubt youll be disappointed with the quality and durability of their products. Overall Im very impressed and would strongly recommend Vortex to anyone. Buy with confidence!
