Excellent Magnifier (3x) for the price. The quality seems on par with the "upper class" magnifiers. Long term testing will be the best determination. However having a lifetime warranty is nice to know if something goes "bad". If a situation goes awry and the glass cracks/breaks, water finds it's way in or fogs for whatever reason; it's great to have the option to swivel this to the side and out of the way. So long as the swivel mechanism isn't damaged... I replaced the supplied mounting nut with a "wing" style nut for an improvised QD, if the whole thing needed to go. -- As described before, for a right handed user its swivel point is to the left so this is the only "current" bummer - IT DOES get in the way! Just doesn't feel or look right reversed. Vortex should address this in future releases. Most advanced users shoot with two eyes and especially in CQC/CQB. Also included is a shim and works great with my Aimpoint Comp ML3 - this wouldn't aligned properly without it. --- Eye relief is "Ok" and wearing glasses doesn't give you too much play room. The centering adj. screws allow you to "center up" the dot in the magnifier. Once the red dot optic is zeroed and the magnifier is mounted behind it, the dot may not be in the center of the sight picture(this will vary with each weapon). The weapons "zero" is not effected by this, it will still hit POA, but the sight picture is easier to use if the dot is centered. The easiest way to center the dot in the magnifier was to hold up the weapon, sight through the magnifier and turn the adj. screw. For the money, it's a great buy! It does what is supposed to do, magnifying your existing 1x site.
Pros: Crisp clear glass - Great Price - Lifetime Warranty
Cons: Mount Flips Into FOV - ( For RH Users )
